Don’t Worry…Race Happy!

Winston-Salem, North Carolina – After weeks of negotiations and planning, a sponsorship deal was struck between Zach Brewer and Happy Vodka Corporation for sponsorship of his Chevrolet for the 2006-2007 Hooters Pro Cup Racing Series.   Happy Vodka, Happy Rum, Happy Tequila and Happy Gin join a growing number of spirit companies whom now sponsor NASCAR teams and drivers; hoping to tap into the year round devoted fan base that racing draws.  This new sponsor has a few words of caution for Driver Zach Brewer: “Don’t Drink and Race!”  This is good advice for the team and driver, but you can certainly count on a very “Happy” time in the Pipeline Motorsports sponsors’ track side viewers’ area.

J. Eiras “To top it off, he is a true Southern Gentleman who has been racing since the age of five, so what more can a sponsor ask for?”  DrinkHappy.com, the official website for the Happy product line will feature a Happy Racing Section with photos, bio, stats and info about Zach and his team, and ZachBrewer.com has reciprocated a link in their sponsor section as part of the agreement.  

The Happy brand’s infamous “winking smiley face” will be getting some mileage on the tracks with 20 races scheduled throughout the US, the race fans are likely to be drawn to this unusual fun icon.  “It will be interesting to see how much attention we get with this yellow smiling logo on our teams cars…” says Brewer “…of course we don’t expect for other drivers to see it in their rear view mirrors, since we intend to lead the pack in 2006!”
